How to behave in group chat, and how to report and block.

Be kind

CapyBrian groups are for friends and family. Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated.

Not allowed

• Bullying, harassment, threats or hate towards anyone.
• Sexual content, graphic violence, or anything unsuitable for a mixed-age group.
• Sharing other people's private information.
• Spam, scams, or advertising.
• Anything illegal, or that encourages self-harm.

Reporting and blocking

• To report a message, press and hold it in chat and choose Report. Reports are private; the person is not told who reported them.
• To stop seeing someone, press and hold one of their messages and choose Block. You can unblock them any time from the chat menu.
• We review reports as soon as we reasonably can, but we cannot promise how quickly. We may remove messages, warn people, suspend them from chat, or remove them from a group or from CapyBrian.
• If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Filtering

Links, email addresses, phone numbers and some offensive words and phrases are stopped automatically, and strong swearing is hidden with asterisks. If a message does not send, it may have been filtered. This is not perfect, so please report anything that gets through.
